Terms of Service

By booking a consulting call with Roan Pony LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Scheduling

Once payment is complete, you’ll be directed to a secure client portal to schedule your call(s). All calls must be scheduled within the portal. After scheduling, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite and video link, as well as a reminder email 2 hours before your session.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Payments are nonrefundable, including in cases of no-shows or unused sessions in a multi-call package.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, you may do so through the client portal with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Each session may be rescheduled up to two times per booking. Missed sessions and late cancellations are forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Perfect if you need clarity or momentum, have just a few burning questions, or want a second set of (expert) eyes on your brand, marketing or content.
